Question: Do you own MACHTV?
Answer: No we do not MACHTV. We simply sell the service that enables you to watch LIVE Tv through your Roku media streaming device.
Question: I forgot my MACHTV username/password, how can I get that reset?
Answer: If you forgot your MACHTV username and/or password, you can contact us by filling out our contact form or emailing us directly to ultimatedigitalstream@gmail.com
Quesion: Can I use one subscription on multiple Roku Players?
Answer: This is a question many clients have. Unfortunately at this time, you are only able to use a single subscription at a time on your Roku player. It requires an additional account for each Roku player you have.
Question: How to renew your subscription with MACHTV?
Answer: To renew your subscription, simple purchase another subscription from the website using the same PayPal account you used initially, and include your current MACHTV account username in the notes when making your purchase. We will then credit your subscription accordingly. You can also sign up for our automatic payment subscription managed by paypal.
Question: What is a Roku Player and where can I get one?
